In 1983, Don Guadalupe Anaya started his first shop in Guadalajara. He taught his children that a plate is never too full. Three of his sons moved to the United States to build a better future. Together, these brothers have 60 years of total experience in the kitchen. They opened this spot in 2012 to bring real food to their community. Every meal is made with genuine passion to honor their father’s original promise.
